Returning Goods


1. You have a cooling off period of 30 working days, starting on the day after delivery, without giving a reason which a product can be returned.

New regime
- All orders placed between 1 November till 31 December may be returned till 31 January. This allows you to provide free time doing your shopping for Christmas with us.
- Orders from 1 April 2017 have the right to send back the package within 30 days without giving any reason. All orders before 1 April 2017 have 14 days to return.

Exceptions are:
- Customized products. These are products wich are customised by customer command
- Software of wich the packaging has been opened.
- Products with an activation code.
- Custom-assembled products are all products assembled and build in command from the customer and therefore differ from the standard products and are not returnable. However they are still eligible to the normal warranty as applying to the separate products gathered in the assembled -product.  

2. Can exchange within 7 days of purchase
All items, except software, phone cards, calling plans or other products who are personified or of wich the seal (seal) is broken. In addition, the product should be complete and undamaged and the original or a copy of the invoice
must be included . Returns should be undamaged and in their original packaging. Do not write or put stickers on the original packaging. Please wrap the original packaging in paper or put it in another box before you write or put stickers on it. It also helps to prevent against transport damage. We always strive to deposit the purchase price as soon as possible, the maximum time limit is 30 days.

3. Returns with a return form

The order should be returned A.S.A.P. Then as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the award of the return number, the product must be returned.
The products must meet the requirements as described in section 2. If this is not the case Mardomedia may choose to reimburse the product. 
All returns must be prepaid shipped to be sent to us.
The returned package must include; the return number and for further assistance the filled out return form. 
The consumer bears the risk of a return. We therefore advise to send the parcel registered and to keep the shipping receipt so you can claim your carrier for any missing of the send package.

4. Returns and shipping
You can return your product to the return address below. We will refund the purchase price of the product, including any calculated shipping and payment fee to your bank account.
